Transitorio . Establécese una etapa transitoria por tres (3) años a partir del momento de la vigencia de la Ley 141 de 1994 durante la cual la Comisión, podrá hacer uso hasta el 0.61875% disponible del Fondo Nacional de Regalías, estipulado en el artículo 8º, numeral 4º del presente Decreto, con destino exclusivo a inversión, para los proyectos de promoción de la minería, preservación del medio ambiente y proyectos regionales de inversión.
