º El Comisario Especial en el curso del presente año, por decreto que se someterá a la aprobación del Gobierno, erigirá en Municipios los Corregimientos que por el desarrollo e incremento que hayan tenido merezcan elevarse a esa categoría, para cumplir así lo dispuesto en el ordinal 4º del Artículo 3º. del Decreto número 807 de 1911, fijara a cada Municipio la cabecera y limites respectivos, e indicara los Corregimientos con que queda integrado. Los otros Corregimientos que puedan subsistir como tales, se delimitaran de igual manera.
