º. Los ascensos se concederán, previa selección del personal, y las vacantes se llenarán mediante concurso entre los Oficiales Suboficiales que hubieren cumplido los demás requisitos en cada grado.

Parágrafo

La Dirección General reglamentará estos concursos.
