º . Contra los actos administrativos proferidos por el Director de la OCCRE, procederá el recurso de reposición y el de apelación ante el Gobernador del departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina. En las resoluciones que declaren a una persona en situación irregular y ordenen su devolución a su lugar de origen o declaren la pérdida de la residencia, los recursos se concederán en el efecto devolutivo.
