Inmediatamente que esta Ley entre en vigencia, la Junta de Conversión liquidara las utilidades obtenidas en el cambio, acuñación y reacuñación de plata, utilidades que entregara a la Tesorería General de la Republica.

Treinta días después de la promulgación de esta Ley quedara definitivamente suspendido el cambio de monedas antiguas colombianas en el Departamento de Nariño y en la Intendencia del Choco.
