º . Adiciónase el artículo 5º del Decreto número 2638 de 1977 en el sentido de que, en las Seccionales Tipo "B" del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica ejercerá las funciones de Secretario del Consejo Asesor de la respectiva Gerencia Seccional.
