° En el rio Magdalena habrá dos Inspectores que residirán, el uno en Honda i el otro en Barranquilla. .° El sueldo de cada uno de los Inspectores de la navegacion fluvial, será de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) por año, siendo de su cargo los gastos de escritorio, local para su Oficina i demas que requiera el ejercicio de sus funciones.
