Sanciones por no suministrar información. Las personas o entidades a quienes la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas a través de las dependencias componentes haya requerido información pruebas y no las suministren, lo hagan extemporáneamente o la aporten en forma incompleta o inexacta, incurrirán en falta administrativa a la cual se aplicará una sanción de veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales por cada requerimiento incumplido.
