: Cuando de la investigación por incumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente decreto, adelantada por funcionarios de saneamiento ambiental, se establezca responsabilidades en cabeza de funcionarios de una entidad administradora del sistema de suministro de agua, se solicitará a la junta directiva de ésta o a su gerente, por intermedio del jefe del organismo de salud respectivo, la aplicación de las sanciones administrativas que aquella entidad tenga establecida.
