Si el examen definitivo fuere favorable, se otorgará el título de la patente. Si fuere parcialmente favorable podrá otorgarse el titulo por resolución motivada incluyendo solamente las reivindicaciones aceptadas. Si fuere desfavorable se le negará por resolución debidamente motivada.
