En el caso de oposición de un tercero a la entrega de la cosa en el acto de esa entrega, también se consumará por la fuerza, si por el tercero no se otorga caución en el término de seis días de restituir la cosa y sus frutos, si se le promueve juicio y se le vence, por el mismo actor.
