Cuando el Instituto delegue alguna función, establecerá así mismo si los bienes o ingresos que adquiere la entidad delegataria en el ejercicio de la función delegada, ingresan a favor del Instituto, o si, por el contrario, tales bienes o ingresos se ceden a la entidad delegataria, lo cual solo podrá hacerse cuando se trata del artículo 52 de la ley 75 de 1968.
