La Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración de Personas y Grupos Alzados en Armas monitoreará el cumplimiento por parte de los desmovilizados de los requisitos establecidos en los artículos 6°, 7° y 8° de la Ley 1424 de 2010 con posterioridad a la concesión del beneficio respectivo.
