Los Ministerios y Departamentos, Administrativos podrán obtener que el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos les abra cuenta para servicio oficial, que se liquidará por mensualidades vencidas, extensiva a las diversas, dependencias de ellos en toda la República y a las entidades y funcionarios que con cargo a sus respectivos ramos hayan de sostener correspondencia oficial.
