El Ministerio de Justicia deberá remitir a la Corte Suprema de Justicia y a cada uno de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial del país, según el caso, copia de la resolución por medio de la cual se adoptan las bases de los concursos para la provisión en propiedad de cargos judiciales.
