Los Oficiales y Clases que hayan terminado cursos de especialización en una de las ramas establecidas para cada Cuerpo, podrán a juicio de la Dirección General de Marina, ser escalonados en el Cuerpo de Profesores, al cual pasaran definitivamente, pero tendrán derecho a percibir una prima de compensación mensual, equivalente al quince por ciento (15%) del sueldo básico correspondiente a su grado.
