°. En las operaciones que haga el Instituto superiores a la cantidad de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00), a más de la aprobación de la Junta Directiva cuando las asignaciones requiera para su validez la del Ministerio de Economía Nacional.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Instituto haya hecho varias operaciones a una misma persona, las que excedan a la cantidad fijada en el inciso anterior requerirán de la aprobación del mismo Ministerio.
