supplements decreto 1295/94 amends decreto 1295/94

Modifíquese el literal d), y adiciónese un parágrafo al artículo 22 del Decreto 1295 de 1994 así:

Cumplir las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST de la empresa y asistir periódicamente a los programas de promoción y prevención adelantados por las Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales.

Parágrafo

Referente al teletrabajo, las obligaciones del teletrabajador en Riesgos Laborales y en el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST son las definidas por la normatividad vigente.
