Prueba del dominio . Las certificaciones que expida la autoridad fluvial en donde se encuentre matriculada la embarcación o el artefacto fluvial, constituirán plena prueba del dominio y demás derechos reales y medidas cautelares que recaen sobre ellos. (Decreto 3112 de 1997, artículo 32).
