Para efectos de la expedición y confirmación de las matrículas de ingenieros o arquitectos, las universidades que otorguen dichos títulos, deberán remitir de oficio al Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, así como al Consejo Seccional competente, la lista certificada de los profesionales graduados en cada período académico. Cuando se hallen en mora de hacerlo serán requeridos por el Consejo respectivo.
