°. Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas. Cuando las actividades que se listan en el presente decreto se pretendan realizar al interior de las áreas protegidas públicas que integran el Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas (Sinap) o las zonas amortiguadoras del Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales debidamente delimitadas, se deberá tramitar y obtener la correspondiente modificación de la licencia ambiental o su instrumento equivalente, en el marco de las actividades permitidas.
