El Ministro de obras Publicas procederá, una vez sancionada esta Ley, a construir un puente sobre el rio "Guali" en la parte alta de la ciudad de Honda, tomando los fondos necesarios del artículo 5947 del Capítulo 586 del Presupuesto Nacional la vigencia de 1959.
