Si dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la fuga, se presentare voluntariamente el fugado a la autoridad, se le descontará la pena en que haya incurrido por la fuga hasta en dos terceras partes, sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar.
