OBLIGACIONES. Al otorgar la condena de ejecución condicional, el juez podrá exigir el cumplimiento de las penas no privativas de la libertad que considere convenientes. Además, impondrá las siguientes obligaciones

Informar todo cambio de residencia.

Ejercer oficio, profesión u ocupación lícitos.

Reparar los daños ocasionados por el delito, salvo cuando demuestre que está en imposibilidad de hacerlo.

Abstenerse de consumir bebidas alcohólicas.

Someterse a la vigilancia de las autoridades o presentarse periódicamente ante ellas, y

Observar buena conducta. Estas obligaciones se garantizarán mediante caución.
