Art. 1342. Todo albacea será obligado a dar noticia de la apertura de la sucesión por avisos publicados por la imprenta, en periódico que circule en el territorio, i por carteles que se fijarán en tres de los parajes más públicos del lugar en que se abra la sucesión, i cuidará de que se cite a los acreedores, por edictos que se publicarán de la misma manera.
