º Facultades de la superintendencia bancaria. En ejercicio de sus funciones de inspección y vigilancia sobre las sociedades a que se refiere el presente Decreto, la Superintendencia Bancaria tendrá las mismas facultades que le otorgan la Ley 45 de 1923, el Decreto 1939 de 1986 y demás disposiciones que las sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen.
