La cuenta de vales de manumisión se describirá en el Diario de la Tesorería jeneral, 1.Cuando entregue vales de manumision a los acreedores espresará el artículo respectivo, debitando; El Tesoro" i acreditando A vales de manumisión”. El valor nominal de dichos vales. 2. Cuando recaude, o reciba de fuera, vales de manumision cancelados, estenderá el artículo, debitando; "Vales de manumision " i acreditando "Al Tesoro" El valor nominal de los vales recibidos, sin incluir el total de las copias o vales de que se trata en el artículo 20, sino únicamente la cantidad abonada.
