ARTICULO 16 . Las mercancías a que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo anterior estarán exentas de derechos de aduana, no podrán comercializarse y no superarán dos (2) unidades de electrodomésticos, ni seis (6) unidades de otros bienes; éstas no podrán transportarse como equipaje no acompañado, ni darán derecho a descontar el IVA pagado.
