Si la obligación fuere de pagar suma de dinero determinada por guarismo, e intereses fijos legales o por estipulación, la ejecución puede librarse para el pago de aquélla y de éstos desde que se hubieren causado a deber hasta que se verifique el pago. Pero si los intereses fueren indeterminados como corrientes medios o más altos del comercio, deben estimarse por el demandante en la demanda con protesta de estimación equitativa y se procederá como si fuesen estipulados para el efecto de librar la ejecución.
