Los puertos a donde lleguen alimentos y bebidas de importación o exportación deberán tener para su almacenamiento áreas en condiciones sanitarias adecuadas, que garanticen la conservación de los mismos.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Salud o la entidad que éste delegue controlarán en coordinación con el Ministerio de Agricultura, el cumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas en este artículo.
