Artículo segundo. Cada dos años y a partir del mes de junio de 1965, la Asociación Nacional de Industriales designará los dos miembros principales en la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Fomento Algodonero, en representación de los industriales textiles. Los dos suplentes de los representantes de los industriales serán designados por el Ministerio de Agricultura.
