Se regirá por lo dispuesto en los artículos 1º y 8º del Acuerdo y sus Notas Interpretativas. Método del "Valor de Transacción de Mercancías Idénticas". Se regirá por el artículo 2 del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa. Método del "Valor de Transacción de Mercancías Similares". Se regirá por el artículo 3 del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa. Método "Deductivo". Se regirá por el artículo 5º del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa. Método del "Valor Reconstruido". Se regirá por el artículo 6º del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa. Método del "Ultimo Recurso". Se regirá por el artículo 7º del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa.
