En los registros concebidos para medicamentos en cuya composición intervengan estupefacientes, barbitúricos o cualquier sustancia susceptible de producir dependencia física o psíquica se hará constar que el producto está sometido a las restricciones que reglamentan el comercio de tales medicamentos.
