Artículo cuarto. La Caja de Crédito Agrario sobre las bases anteriores reglamentará la tramitación de estos préstamos para efectos del artículo 5° del Decreto 1725 de 1953, en forma que concuerde en cuanto sea posible con los reglamentos generales de la Institución.
