º. En las operaciones a que se refiere el artículo 4º, los establecimientos de créditos que figuran como intermediarios tendrán el carácter de representantes legales de quienes hayan de ser tenedores de los documentos que se emitan, en cuanto hagan referencia al estricto cumplimiento de las obligaciones provenientes de los contratos por ellos mismos aceptados.
