Durante el proceso de fabricación, importación y comercialización los titulares, fabricantes e importadores a que alude el presente decreto deben garantizar todas las condiciones de calidad durante los procesos, en condiciones seguras y de acuerdo con las especificaciones definidas por el fabricante, incluyendo la cadena de frío, cuando aplique.
