Sólo podrán ser nombrados miembros de estas Comisiones los Ingenieros colombianos idóneos en esta clase de trabajos.

Parágrafo

Todos los instrumentos y demás aparatos de observación que fueron empleados por las Comisiones de límites con Venezuela, de propiedad del Gobierno, pasarán al servicio de la Oficina de Longitudes.
