Artículo único. La licitación para el suministro de alimentación a los presos de la Penitenciaría de Ibagué y de la cárcel del Distrito Judicial anexa a ella, se hará ante el Ministerio de Gobierno o el empleado del Ministerio a quien él delegue la facultad. Queda en estos términos reformado el articulo 11 del Decreto número 572 de 28 de marzo del corriente año.
