Artículo diez y nueve . Créanse cinco puestos de Inspectores Seccionales de Laboratorios y farmacias y cinco puestos de Visitadores Fiscales, dependientes del Ministerio de Higiene. Para desempeñar los primeros cinco cargos se requiere ser farmacéutico titulado o laboratorista clínico. Estos funcionarios tendrán jurisdicción en todo el territorio de la República.
