° . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en las normas sobre Reforma Administrativa, el Gerente General es agente el Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción. Como, representante legal de la junta de Rehabilitación y Desarrollo de la Zona Bananera del Magdalena; adquirirá los compromisos que impliquen erogaciones por parce del Fondo de Regulación de Precios del Banano.

Parágrafo

La Junta le determinará sus funciones y le fijará su asignación.
