Para una mayor coordinación y eficiencia de los programas de desarrollo oficial, especialmente en aquellos que se relacionan con la actividad agropecuaria, en el Consejo Directivo Nacional y en los Consejos Regionales del SENA tendrá representación el Ministro de Agricultura o un delegado suyo, y en la Junta Directiva del IDEMA el Ministro del Trabajo y Seguridad Social o su delegado.
