Articulo 3º El Club Militar se ceñirá en el cumplimiento de sus funciones a las normas del Decreto 2336 de 1971 y de este Decreto, y no podrá desarrollar actividades o ejecutar actos distintos a los previstos, ni destinar parte alguna de sus bienes y recursos para fines diferentes de los contemplados en tales normas.
