°. Vigencia . El presente decreto entrará en vigor transcurridos quince (15) días comunes, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la fecha de su publicación del Diario Oficial y tendrá vigencia hasta que se cumplan a cabalidad las órdenes de medidas provisionales emitidas por la Corte Internacional de Justicia en el proceso sobre la Aplicación de la Convención para la Prevención y la Sanción del Delito de Genocidio en la Franja de Gaza (Sudáfrica c. Israel) o hasta que subsistan las condiciones que dieron lugar a ellas.
