Notificación y trámite de los recursos . La notificación de las providencias sancionatorias y el trámite de los recursos, se regirán por lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2621 de 1979. Durante la apelación no se podrán practicar nuevas pruebas, sino recibir o apreciar aquellas que decretadas en la primera instancia no fueron practicadas o tenidas en cuenta por haberse allegado en forma extemporánea.
