Los Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos responderán, en ejercicio de sus funciones, en materia patrimonial por los hechos, acciones y omisiones demandados ante la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa cuando esta profiera condena en contra de la Entidad, mediante sentencia debidamente ejecutoriada y haya sido consecuencia de la conducta dolosa o gravemente culposa del referido Registrador.
