A partir del 1º de enero de 2000, a los pagadores y a los empleados que cumplan las funciones de Secretario General en los establecimientos de educación básica secundaria y media, únicamente si atienden tres (3) jornadas, se les reconocerá adicionalmente, el valor equivalente a diez (10) horas extras semanales; para este efecto el valor de la hora extra será de dos mil novecientos noventa y cuatro pesos ($2.994) m/cte. e implica la permanencia en el establecimiento educativo durante doce (12) horas, cuatro (4) en cada jornada.
