De la leche cruda enfriada . El transporte de leche proveniente de las plantas para enfriamiento o centrales de recolección, con destino a plantas para procesamiento de leche, sólo podrá hacerse en carro-tanques isotérmicos o vehículos con sistemas de refrigeración que garanticen una temperatura menor a 10ºC en la leche.
