°. Suspensión y cancelación . El permiso podrá ser suspendido o cancelado mediante resolución motivada por la autoridad ambiental que lo otorgó, de oficio o a petición de parte, cuando el jardín botánico haya incumplido las obligaciones señaladas en la ley o sus reglamentos y según la gravedad de la infracción.
