Las escuelas normales superiores podrán aceptar en el ciclo complementario, egresados de la educación media que acrediten título de bachiller con profundización en educación o personas con título de bachiller pedagógico, dentro de las condiciones que se establezcan en el respectivo proyecto educativo institucional.
