Destinación de fondos. A ninguna parte de los fondos y bienes administrados por la Zona Franca se les podrá dar destinación distinta de la del cumplimiento de las funciones señaladas en la Ley 105 de 1958, el Decreto 584 de 1972 y los presentes estatutos.
